A relatively large vacation house with a built-up area of 51 square metres. Its dimensions and spatial zoning make it ideal for small to medium-sized families. Delivery including assembly is recommended for this model. A great choice of roofing and glazing paints is available. The price for the house includes the design documentation for building permit application and a fire safety certificate.
The house is available in four variants, differing in the thickness of the material used:
Variant 1: wall thickness 18 mm
Variant 2 : wall thickness 25 mm
Variant 3 : wall thickness 30 mm
- floor made of water-resistant 25 mm OSB boards (4PD)
- 2300 mm high wall panels
- the lattice girders of the roof are very sturdy and supporting
- internal partition walls are made using the same panels as in the outer walls
- doors are made of floorstrips and with FAB locks
- front door is half-glazed with insulating double glazing
- 600 x 800 mm windows (w x h) with insulating double glazing
- 18 mm ceiling attached to nailed trusses from below
- top floor decking is made of 18 mm floorstrips
- black sanded bitumen felt R330 on roof in the basic variant
